Mr. Kotochie joins the team with a blend of academic, legal and industry expertise. He holds academic degrees in Financial Management (Diploma), Banking and Finance (BSc), LLB, LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and MSc. Leadership. He is a final year PhD Law student at University of South Africa (UNISA).

He brings to the table his rich leadership skills and expertise in public financial management. He was part of a team that supported VRA and Korle Bu Teaching Hospital with financial risk management, process reengineering and treasury management in xxx. He led a number of successful research works for some key public and private sector organizations, some of which include the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, Innovest Ghana Limited, and Centre for Peace and Reconciliation. With his unique expertise in conducting research, he was appointed as external examiner for graduate student’s thesis.

 

He again provided academic and legal support services to international Universities including Lancaster University College He lectures University of Ghana Business students in Commercial, Constitutional and Labour Law. He lectures at College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast in International Business.  He offers consultancy services to organizations and businesses in business development and sustainability. He was the lead examiner for the Lancaster University Ghana’s Business Cup Challenge in xxxx

In the past six years, he has developed training materials and facilitated series of technical and professional trainings in the areas of legal, corporate ethics, public sector development and productivity and public sector procurement.

Mr. Kotochie, is an expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution which explains his unique approach to dispute management and resolution in his role as the Director in charge of Research and Training.  He presented several conference papers and is currently working on a number of publications. His research interests are in appropriate dispute resolution, leadership, and pension administration.
