Dr. Nutsugah has over 20 years’ experience in education sector policy implementation. In the last two decades, he had actively engaged in a number of research activities alongside teaching at the University of Ghana (Graduate Marketing and Distance programmes), University of Cape Coast Distance Learning, Accra Business School, Accra Institute of Technology and Lancaster University College. As a result of his extensive experience and interaction with industry, he was appointed an external and internal examiner for Graduate Thesis of several universities in Africa and has presented research papers across several academic platforms, including peer reviewed journal publications, international conferences, book chapters, edited books and books.

Dr. Nutsugah has expertise in Environmental Sustainability, Marketing, Management and Leadership, Quadruple Helix Innovation, Eco-Innovation, Accounting and Finance. His approach to work is largely influenced by his unique appreciation of the various market segments in line with the behaviour patterns of consumers. In the last three years, he has provided support to the Center for Peace and Reconciliation, a development organization specialized in providing guidance, counselling and alternative dispute resolution.

His strong drive and passion for success gave a lot of insight to the founding member team in arriving at the present state of SiRi.  The Centre for Sustainable Impact, is headed by Dr. Nutsugah.

He holds a PhD in Marketing from University of Ghana, and also, a final year PhD (Environmental Management) candidate from University of South Africa. He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG), a Student Member of Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), UK and a Student Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He graduated from University of Cape Coast with Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degrees.
