Mr. Vincent Y. Azorli

Mr. Azorli has over 10 years’ experience gathered from working with diverse public and private sector organizations in Ghana. He has expertise and sound understanding of public sector policy formulation, analysis, review and implementation. He has contributed to several policy initiatives whilst working with the Local Government Service, Ghana Education Service and the Students Loan Trust Fund among others.  He has led and facilitated several plan preparations, project planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation activities with varied MMDAs. He led a team to prepare the first ever medium term development plan for a newly created district in 2013, He led the management of all physical projects in the district. Between 2005 to 2007, he was responsible for the management of projects on behalf of World Vision International and its donor partners.

Mr. Azorli offers technical and professional services to key public sector organizations. In 2014, he offered technical support services to the Ghana Statistical Service as a co-author in the preparation of the 2010 District Analytical Populations and Housing Census Reports.  His technical and professional competencies coupled with a sound leadership, administrative, management and organizational skills gives him an urge in understanding the operations organizations. He has facilitated a number of training programmes for staff of Cocoa Board. He also conducted a number of technical presentations to selected staff of Forestry Commission, Minerals Commission, Ghana Revenue Authority, Ghana Shippers Authority, Savanna Accelerated Development Authority, University for Development Studies, Tamale and Driver and Vehicular Licensing Authority.

Mr. Azorli has a background in Development Planning and Public Policy Formulation, Implementation, Analysis and Research. He had worked on a number of projects in both public and private sector. He joins the team with core skills in project management, innovation and local governance and development, public sector reforms and service improvement strategies, policy review and analysis.
